CKD611XXD series CNC lathes are independently developed by our factory and are the best among large-scale CNC lathes. A series of excellent machine quality, such as high efficiency, high stability, high precision, high versatility and high rigidity, are reflected in the design and manufacture of CKD611XXD series CNC machine tools. The bed adopts flat-V guide rails, which are subjected to medium frequency quenching and precision grinding, with high rigidity and can withstand heavy-load precision cutting. The machine tool is equipped with KND2000T control system and servo feed motor, with perfect functions and reliable performance. Domestic famous brand ball screws are selected, with good precision and high efficiency.

Overview  


The CKD611XXD series CNC lathe is a versatile, high-performance machining solution designed to meet the demanding needs of modern manufacturing for precision turning, milling, and drilling of rotational components. Combining robust mechanical construction with advanced CNC control technology, this series offers exceptional rigidity, accuracy, and productivity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—from simple shaft machining to complex aerospace components.  

Available in multiple models with varying swing diameters (400mm to 1,000mm) and maximum turning lengths (1,000mm to 5,000mm), the CKD611XXD series features a slant-bed design that optimizes chip evacuation and operator accessibility. The lathes are equipped with high-torque spindle motors (15kW to 30kW) and direct-drive or gear-head transmissions, ensuring stable performance across both high-speed finishing and heavy-duty roughing operations.  


Features  


1. High-Rigidity Mechanical Structure: The slant-bed frame is constructed from stress-relieved cast iron, providing excellent vibration damping and thermal stability. Linear guides on the X and Z axes (or box ways for heavy-duty models) offer high load capacity and precision movement, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.005mm and repeatability of ±0.003mm.  

2. Advanced CNC Control System: Powered by leading-brand controls (e.g., Fanuc 0i-TF, Siemens 828D), the lathes support multiple programming languages and offer intuitive touchscreen interfaces. Features like conversational programming, real-time tool monitoring, and 3D simulation enhance operator efficiency and reduce setup times.  

3. Versatile Spindle Options: Spindles are available with through-hole diameters up to 125mm, accommodating large workpieces and bar feeding systems for automated production. High-speed models (up to 6,000 RPM) are ideal for aluminum and plastic machining, while low-speed, high-torque variants (1,500 RPM, 800 Nm) excel in steel and titanium processing.  

4. Automatic Tool Changer:标配 (Standard) 12-station turret with servo-driven tool indexing (换刀时间 ≤ 0.8秒), enabling rapid tool changes and multi-process machining in a single setup. Optional live tooling systems add milling and drilling capabilities, transforming the lathe into a multi-tasking machine.  

5. Safety and Efficiency Features: Enclosed guarding with interlock systems, chip conveyors, and automatic lubrication systems ensure safe operation and minimal maintenance. The lathes also support remote monitoring via IoT connectivity, allowing real-time performance tracking and predictive maintenance.

1. Automotive Component Production: Ideal for machining engine crankshafts, camshafts, wheel hubs, and transmission shafts, with the ability to handle both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The live tooling option enables milling of flats, slots, and cross-holes in a single setup.  

2. Aerospace Turbine Parts: Capable of precision turning of titanium alloy blades, Inconel disks, and aluminum alloy hubs, leveraging the lathe’s thermal stability and high-precision positioning to meet aerospace-grade tolerances (±0.001mm).  

3. Electronics and Instrumentation: Used for manufacturing precision connectors, sensor housings, and optical components, where surface finishes as fine as Ra 0.2μm and tight dimensional controls are required.  

4. Heavy Equipment Manufacturing: Suitable for machining large-diameter shafts, flanges, and bearing housings for construction machinery, using the lathe’s heavy-duty cutting capacity and rigid box ways to handle high material removal rates.  

5. Medical Device Machining: Perfect for producing orthopedic implants (e.g., knee and hip joints) and surgical instruments, with the advanced CNC control ensuring repeatable accuracy critical for biocompatible component production.
